Getting There

It’s easy with Adelaide Metro

Getting to the Royal Adelaide Show from every corner of the metropolitan area is easy with Adelaide Metro public transport. Make the smart move and hop on a bus, train or tram to the Show - save on fuel and parking fees.

Adelaide Showground Station - Now Open!

The new Adelaide Showground Station located on the North Western boundary can deliver you directly to the Royal Show and straight into the grounds.

21W Royal Show shuttle bus

The 21W Royal Show shuttle is a Metroticket bus service which operates every 15 minutes between the city and the Goodwood Road bus interchange at the Showground, running from 8am to 11.20pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 9.20pm Sunday.

O-Bahn Show express bus

Catch the O-Bahn Show express bus from Tea Tree Plaza Interchange via the O-Bahn to Paradise and Klemzig then direct to the Showground. The first three trips each day depart from Golden Grove Village, or you can catch any regular O-Bahn service to the city and connect to the 21W Show shuttle bus.

So many other services to get you there

With over 30 bus, train and tram stops within walking distance of the Showground, there are a variety of other Adelaide Metro services available for your Show travel needs. And many buses that usually operate express or to limited stops will service stops near the Showground during the Show.

Kids could travel free!

Travel to the Show and back on a Daytrip ticket for only $9.70 per adult, plus on weekends, two children under the age of 15 travel for FREE when accompanied by an adult using their Daytrip ticket. For concession card holders, it’s even cheaper! Daytrip tickets can be purchased on board all Adelaide Metro buses, trains and trams.
