Competition closes June 13

It’s time to raise the (chocolate) bar

The Show’s chocolate competition is the place for professional chocolatiers to test themselves against industry leaders. All competitors must be commercial chocolate manufacturers, with one class open for chocolatiers-in-training, so you’re guaranteed to be competing against the best Australia has to offer.

Twenty-three classes are open for entry across boxed, block and bar chocolates as well as specialty categories like single origin, novelty and centrepiece, and Australian native plant flavours and products.

Winners will be announced at the South Australian Dairy Awards Gala Dinner in August– enter now for your chance to take the stage.
