If you are a food or beverage exhibitor, please note that the application link above is for offsite consumption only i.e. Showgoers sample your products then purchase to take home and consume at a later date. If you are interested in providing onsite consumption (e.g. food truck or catering site), please see details below for onsite catering enquiries.
If you’re interested in having a food truck at the Show or are wanting to sell food and/or beverage for onsite consumption, this process is managed solely by our onsite caterers, O’Brien Group Australia. Their expressions of interest for the 2027 Show have not opened yet but will be linked here once they do.
