2025 Feature - Durum

The National Grains and Fodder Competition at the Show is the perfect opportunity for farmers and producers to show off their best produce. The competition puts agricultural excellence on display while promoting high standards, sustainability and innovations in agricultural practices.  

Competition takes place with 40 classes and includes opportunities for the younger generation through the junior grain and junior hay categories.  

Entries have opened early this year to coincide with harvest. Check out our competition schedule for entry details and sample drop-off points. 

New section in 2025

Sow and Grow Wheat Competition 

This competition promotes the science behind agronomy to students, teachers and parents. The purpose of the competition is to inspire current students to become the next generation of plant and agricultural scientists, and to support teachers to deliver their science curriculum in a plant-based context.
