The Western Stage is the Royal Adelaide Show's exciting new home of country culture, strength, entertainment and interactive experiences. Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy an ever-changing program featuring live music, line dancing, speed dating, comedy quizzes, science shows, elite strength competitions and unique demonstrations. With plenty of opportunities to participate, learn and be entertained, the Western Stage is where country spirit, community and fun come together for the whole family.

See some best and strongest men and women training, lifting and showcasing the future of this unbelievable sport and wowing the crowd with their strength. We will have 3 of the top male and females from 18 years old up to masters in the 50+ class this event will be run by the 618-barbell team south Australia’s premier powerlifting gym.
